    The film and resin combining process of preparing Antidotal Decoction of Coptidis adopts the materials including Chinese goldthread and cape jasmine 9 weight portions each and phellodendron bark and skullcap root 6 weight portions each. The preparation process based on the different characteristics of active components berberine, baicalin and jasminoidin includes the acid water decoction and inorganic ceramic film refining of Chinese goldthread and phellodendron bark; the alkali water decoction and polysulfone film superfiltering of skullcap root; and water decoction and AB-8 resin enrichment of cape jasmine. The said process can maintain the effective components as far as possible while eliminating various impurities so as to prepare solid preparation of Antidotal Decoction of Coptidis with less dosage, high curative effect and less toxic side effect.
