The present invention relates to directly driven hoisting sheave oil pump unit and its control method. The hoisteing sheave oil pump unit includes motor, frame, seat, balnce block, control cabinet, rope suspender and pumping rod. The stator and the rotor of the motor are mounted via shaft ont othe upper part of the frame and the rotor rotates coaxially to the stator. The hoisting sheave is around the rotor, and the flexible containing part connects the balance block and rope suspender via the hoisting sheave. The angle displacement sensor on the shaft is connected to programmable controller in the control cabinet. By means of controlling the motor, the oil pumping unit is steered. The present invention has simple structure, small covered area, low power consumption and easy operation. |
