The present invention relates to a kind of medicine or health article and especially a kind of microcapsule coated trace element product and its production process. The zinc salt and iron salt mixture particle coated with polyglycol-6000 is prepared through the process of: mixing zinc salt and iron salt to form mixture, mixing the said mixture with water solution of polyglycol-6000 and Tween-60 to form mixture solution, adding the mixture solution into dissolved liquid paraffin to form water-in-oil emulsion, adding non-solvent petroleum ether during slow cooling to cause phase separating agglomeration and to form polyglycol microcapsule coating the mixture. Using the said technology can maintain various nutritious components at most and avoid discomfort caused by some trace elements with bad smell and taste. |
