An artificially synthetic mosaic insecticiding protein gene Btlm of Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) can be effectively expressed in higher plant. Adding a nucleotide sequence for coding secretory signal peptide to the terminal 5' of the said gene can generate a fusion protein gene BtSlm. The insecticidal protein Bt expressed by the gene in plant can be secreted in the gap between cells, so improving the stability of insecticidal protein and reducing the interference of insecticidal protein to normal cell function.
