    A cleaner with pretightening-spraying relase valve for cleaning the bottom of swimming pool by water stream flowing through filter pump is composed of a hollow flange body with inner water channel connected to swimming pool water pump via flexible pipe, water inlet on the bottom flange, a combined whole-flow double-way acting reed valve and the pretightening-spring release valve consisting of valve seat, sealing disc and compressed spring.
