    Management of performance characteristics for subscribers takes place from a subscriber PC (TLPC) which is connected to an Internet server (WWW-S). The server can communicate not only with the PC, but also with the telephone exchange (LE1) via the telephone network (TN). The performance characteristics database (TB) is located in the telephone exchange (LE1).
