    A wideband code division multiple access (WCDMA) system includes a base station(BS)and a mobile station(MS); a channel comprising a baseband signal having variable transmission rate and a guide channel coupled with the base station and the mobile station; a device responding to the baseband signal and use for predicating the attenuation of the future power on the channels; a device responding to the channel predicating device and used for notifying the transmitter and the receiver by the guide channel so as to reset the transmission rate according to the predicated power attenuation.
