A Mn-doped P-type barium titanate (BaMnxTi1-xO3) material in the form of block or film and its preparing process are disclosed. The Ba:Ti:Mn=1:(1-x):x, where x=0.005-0.5). When x is smaller, the film has relatively strong dielectric, ferroelectric and pyroelectric characteristics. When x is greater, the film has relatively strong electric conductivity. Said material has multiple natures and wide application, and p-type characteristic has important application to oxide electronics.
