The sterile pwoder containing erythromycin salt and M-cholinergic receptor-blocking agent for injection is characterized by that it is a sterile powder for injection which is made up by using erythromycin salt containing 100 portions of erythromycin and M-cholinergic receptor-blocking agent salt containing 0.1-5 portions of M-cholinergic receptor-blocking agent. The described erythromycin salt can optionally select erythromycin lactobionate, and the optimum M-cholinergic receptor-blocking agent is recemic anisodamine hydrochloride. Besides, said sterile powder for injection also can contains proper quantity of diluent and adjuvant, and is made up by adopting spray-drying process, freeze-drying process and direct mixing process. It does not produce side effect of gastrointestinal tract and blood vessel irritation, etc. |
