    In the traditional smelting process said invention can mix one of powdered coal, coke powder and powder material or their composite with air, then uses spray gun to spray them into blast furnace for smelting. Said invention can greatly simplify material preparation procedure, can raise treatment capacity of its sintering procedure, and can fully utilize the superiority of powder material with large specific surface area so as to intensity smelting process.
