The present invention relates to a length adjusting mechanism includes an elastic headband member (2) and an engaging member (3) to engage with the headband member (2). The headband member (2) is provided with a plurality of projected parts (5) which selectively engage with the engaging member (3). The engaging member includes an insertion hole (6) through which the headband member (2) is inserted and one or more fitting grooves (7, 7') in which projected parts (5) may just settle selectively. At the time of wearing goggles on, a wearer easily adjust the length with less force than for a conventional one. |
