Nodes (N1 to N3) comprises MTU length calculation units (31 to 33) that multiply the baud rates (D21 to D23) of communication parameters (D11 to D13) determined according to the result of the negotiation with counterpart nodes (N1 to N3) by a communication specific time used for the timer control for transmission reception and calculates the MTU length being the maximum packet length at which the transmission times to transmit packet to the nodes of communication counterparts are the same and communication control units (21 to 23) for dividing the data to be transmitted to the node of the communication counterpart into packets of the calculated MTU length and transmitting the divided data. |
