A mail server (25) is provided with a mail storage unit (254a) for storing ordinary electronic mail and an unsealed notice storage unit (254b) for storing only unsealed notices. When the mail server (25) receives an ordinary electronic mail addressed to a mobile station (10), it temporarily stores the electronic mail in the mail storage unit (254a) and transmits the mail to the mobile station (10). When the mail server (25) receives an unsealed notice addressed to the mobile station (10), on the other hand, it stores the unsealed notice in the unsealed notice storage unit (254b) and transmits the corresponding unsealed notice in response to an acquisition demand transmitted from the mobile station (10) by the operation of a user. |
