To provide a disposable wear in which a liquid-absorbing panel stands up together with a leakage prevention cuff to provide a barrier to an excrement in order to prevent the excrement reaching the leakage prevention cuff from being flown in the longitudinal direction. In this disposable wear 1, a liquid permeable surface sheet 2 and a liquid impermeable back face sheet 3 have therebetween a liquid- absorbing first panel 4; both side ends of the first panel 4 have at the outsides thereof side flaps 6 extending in the longitudinal direction and leakage prevention cuffs 9 attached to the side flaps 6; and the first panel 4 is attached to free margin section 11 of the cuffs 9 in a stretched manner. Liquid- absorbing second panels 15 are attached to the opposing faces of the free margin sections 11 of the cuffs 9. The free margin sections 11 and the second panels 15 of the cuffs 9 stand up from the surface sheet 2. |
