The permanent magnetic suppository consists of un-magnetized permanent magnetic alloy particle and matrix liquid. When being used, the permanent magnetic suppository is injected selectively into tumor bloods supplying vessel via intervention technological process and its alloy particle is then magnetized via in vitro strong static magnetic field.
