The composite decorative board includes facing board, adhesive material layer painted to the facing board and stone lacquer sprayed to the adhesive material layer. Spraying stone lacquer to the facing metal board can facilitate the adhesion between the metal panel and the cement and raise the corrosive effect of the installating surface. The composite decorative board is factory fabricated and in-situ adhered, and this results in good decorative effect and low installing cost.
