The present invention discloses an efficient energy-saving engine, especially an internal combustion engine with special cooling system and capable of avoiding energy dissipation to outside. The said internal combustion engine can be used in driving any vehicle or fixed equipment and adopts fuel the same as available internal combustion engine, which has 25% energy burning produces taken by the cooling system. The new engine has no cooling energy taken to outside the engine, and the burning waste gas to be exhausted is cooled by newly replenished compressed air. The temperature decrease of the waste gas results in no energy loss, and the mixing between the waste gas and the compressed air maintains 100% burning produced energy inside the engine.
