A lip-type sealing ring, for a machine component (1) with a relative movement, has a flexible sealing lip made of a polymer material. The sealing lip encloses the machine component (1) firmly by elasticity biasing in the sealing gap (3) area, in which, the sealing gas (3) is communicated vertically at least on circumference position by a twisting step (4) which is limited by the sealing surface (7) of the machine component (1) towards to the groove (6) and the twisting groove (6) on the sealing lip (2), the groove communicates the sealing cavity (8) with environment (9). The sealing gap (3) is closed by a medium (12) with a high temperature resistance and a friction reduction character, at the groove (6) which defines the twisting step (4) and only allows a pressure test. The medium (12) forms a surface layer (11), which gives an adhesion for the sealing lip (2) surface (10) towards the groove, over the working life of the lip-type sealing ring. |
