The dry ice cleaning process of convection chamber furnace tube includes opening manhole to the wall of chamber, spreading scale, collecting article in each layer, connecting to the dry ice cleaning system regulating dry ice and compressed air amount based on dirt condition, and spraying and cleaning the furnace tube with dry ice sprayer and eliminating ash from the top to bottom. The dry ice cleaning process has no damage to tube wall and furnace, and produces no secondary pollution and has obvious cleaning effect. The present invention solves one difficult problem in petrochemical industry. |
