A pulse neutron analyzer for coal industry consists of a pulse neutron generator; a gamma-ray detecting spectrometer comprising BGO probe, main amplifier, microcomputerized MCA multichannel card; a neutron detecting instrument comprising ZnS(Ag) probe, main amplified and neutron coutner; and a matched data processing software. The said analyzer used the fast hot neutron technology to analyze the coal heat value, water content, volatile component, ash content, S content and density. The present invention has the advantages of low cost, instantaneous measurement on site, fast measurement speed, high precision, etc. |
