    The phonetic transmission method can save bandwidth without reducing phonetic transmitting quality in special network application condition. Generally, special network has relatively higher network quality and has low report loss, order desequencing and joggling probability; and in IP phonetic transmission in RTP protocol, the RTP header occupies great amount of bytes resulting in waste in bandwidth resource. The present invention simplifies the RTP header structure via deleting unnescessary structure parts in special IP network application condition to result in at most one byte. The present invention can reduce the width occupying rate of RTP header from original 16% to 1.6%.
