    The invention relates to a set of parts (1) for providing a medical device, comprising a lumen element (2) adapted for mounting at a location on the skin of the patient, and a valve member (3), the lumen element (2) and the valve member (3) having releasable connection means (5, 6) whereby when the means (5, 6) are engaged, an assembled medical device is provided which is adapted for accessing an internal organ of a patient.
