    A gas-generating agent composition having improved resistance to heat, characterized as comprising a fuel free of sodium azide, an oxidizing agent and an adsorbent. The adsorbent adsorbs and holds substances such as a radical which are formed by the decomposition of the fuel and in turn accelerate further decomposition of the fuel, and therefore suppresses the further decomposition of the fuel, which results in the improvement of the heat resistance of the gas-generating agent composition.
