    The invention relates to a process for the preparation of slidenafil, a troche which comprises sildenafil and ppomorphine and its production. The process according the invention comprises the reaction of an acylchloride and an ammonium salt, neutralize, wash etc. The troche according to the invention comprises apomorphine hydrochloride and sildenafil citrate. The troches is produced by inclusion with cyclodextrin, lipoid or cellulase, and mixing with auxiliary.
