    A process for preparing nanometre metal Ni-powder includes such steps as preparing the aqueous solution of nickel sulfate to obtain a solution A, adding potassium borohydride to the aqueous solution of hydrazine hydrate to obtain a solution B, heating the solution A to 50-80 deg.C, adding the solution B, and reaction. Its advantages are high reaction speed, high reduction percentage up to 100%, small granularity (less than 100 nm), and high purity (more than 98%).
