A composite floor board with simulative wood grain is composed of back board, fibrous board, wood-grain paper and antiwear layer. It is prepared by hot pressing with steel plate which has the grain associated with said wood grain. Its apparatus for preparing it is composed of a hot press and a steel plate positioning machine. A second preparing method is the direct printing with rolling wheel whose surface has the grain lines corresponding to the used wood-grain paper made up. Thirdly, it may be prepared by spraying with antiwear paint on the wood-grain paper so to make the grain lines same as the wood-grain paper. |
