    A process for modifying the surface of composite PTFE/ceramic medium features that the microwave plasma generated by ring-waveguide slit antenna as plasma source is used to treat its surface under 0.3-0.8 torr and 500-800 W under acrylic acid atmosphere for 3-5 min. It can change the surface performance and surficial chemical components and increase surface energy, so improving its wetting performance and adhesion.
