    A transfer paper of decorative pattern is sequentially composed of substrate paper, water-soluble adhesive layer, white-substrate ink layer, pattern layer, and transparent surface oil layer formed by silk screen printing several times. The said transparent surficial oil contains polyester resin or alkyd resin 5-20%, acrylic resin 0-30%, cellulose resin 5-20%, solvent 29-89.5% and assistant 0.5-1.0%.
