    An isolated and explosion-proof underground oil tank able to be cleaned and maintained is disclosed. It features that in the underground tank, there are a semi-round cleaning tunnel on its bottom, a square vertical shaft formed by 4 columns and purlins with lower and upper end plates, an internal cylindrical tube is equipped in the vertical shaft and is fitted with isolating and explosion-proof material, and an oil outlet tube whose lower end is connected to a check valve and an immersible pump.
