    To surely prevent a medicine package 100 from getting damaged while allowing a conveyance speed to be regulated according to tension working on the package 100. A conveying means 1 having a first belt conveyer 7 and a second belt conveyer 8 holding a medicine package 100 from both sides to carry in its longitudinal direction is provided, wherein the second belt conveyer 8 is provided to be rotatable with a downstream in the conveying direction as the center. A rotation detection means detects that a supply speed of the package 100 from a medicine packaging apparatus is smaller than a conveyance speed by both belt conveyers 7 and 8, and that the second belt conveyer 8 has rotated. A control means 10 controls the conveyance speed of both conveyers 7 and 8 according to a rotation position of the second conveyer 8 detected by the rotation detection means.
