    The invention relates to a piezoelectric bending transducer that has an elongated supporting body (2) that is provided with a stratified piezoelectric body (6) at least on one lateral side. At least one component (24, 32) of an electronic (23) and/or sensor (33) system used for the operation of the piezoelectric bending transducer is disposed in the interior of the supporting body (2) and/or between the supporting body (2) and the stratified piezoelectric body (6) and/or between adjacent piezoelectric layers of the stratified piezoelectric body (6).
