A selective hydrodesulfurizing process for naphtha, especially the fluidized catalytic-cracking gasoline in order to decrease the hydrogenation to olefine to maximum is disclosed. Its hydrodesulfurizing catalyst is composed of the active component (Mo and/or W and Ni and/or Co compounds) and the carrier containing spinal, active alumina and cement. Its advantages are high output rate of liquid and less loss of octane number.
