    A process for preparing the transgenic rape chloroplast plant used to prepare foot-and-mouth disease vaccine includes such steps as cloning two homologous recombinant fragrants of rape chloroplast genom, using them to configure site-directed transfer carrier of rape chloroplast, inserting the fusion vaccine gene (foot-and-mouth disease polypeptide vaccine genes, green fluorescin, and others) between the said two DNA fragments, transferring gene, screening, inducing plant and culture.
