    A multipurpose electrochemical oxygen generator is composed of an electrolyzer with tank, air cathodes as both sides and central porous Ni plate anode, a catalytic reaction tank with catalyst decomposition net and gas-liquid separator, and an air exchange system which is the sealed cabin outisde the said electrolyzer and catalytic reaction tank. It has high efficiency.
