    A synthetic fibre is prepared from plant protein (5-23%) and polyvinyl alcohol through preparing dope, defoaming, wet spinning, coagulating bath, air drafting, drafting in wet bath baking, hot dry drafting, hot setting to obtain semi-finished product, finishing and acetalization. Its advantages are high air permeability and softness, and short production period.
