    An auxiliary locating structure of thread cutting unit for sewing machine features that a fixing structure is screwed to the locating screw bolt in the front of sewing unit, a locating sheet is fixed to the pre-regulated position in the guide slot in the front of fixing structure, and a joint plate where the thread cutting unit is fixed is inserted in the said guide slot. The thread cutting unit is located by the said locating sheet.
