    A water permeable plate for draining water in soil and structural body is composed of a water-permeable filter layer and a water-permeable core plate with discrete humps on it. The said core plate is composed of two film-shaped objects and supporting blocks. At least one of objects has hollow humps for recepting said supporting blocks. Its advantages are high drainability and low cost.
