    A data transmission control method of down-high speed shared channel in high-speed data insertion system uses a control information used for HS-DSCH demodulation and calibration information brought with VEID of the control information as a first part control information of HS-SCCH at the base station end and to send it at the first time-slot in TTI of HS-SCCH; at UE end before the third time-slot start of HS-SCCH through calibration of the first part control information; whether there is data to be received by UE or not on HS-DSCH at interval of a certain transmission time should be judged so as to confirm HS-SCCH attached with the control information corresponded to HS-DSCH and furthermore to fulfil data reception of HS-DSCH. It is not necessary to have instructions of HS-DSCH from HI, if the abovesaid method is applied.
