    An exchanger system with incoming call warning has exchanger circuit to know incoming call from extension and to use incoming call warning information between information gate and incoming call warning device as contact set-up with cooperation of internal memory of incoming call warning corresponded to extension and information gate way contacting data of the internal memory as well as the use stopping the incoming call warning information as stopping the contact set-up. The User can realize the aim of real time of receiving the incoming call by using another extension to replace the extension which receives the incoming call via the exchanger system with the incoming call warning in the calling range of information gateway as the incoming call warning device brought on by the User.
