The present invention provides a third layer protocol of the User's unit in a personal connecting communication system, which corresponds to a finite-state machine including an individual time slot picking state. A transmission channel has to be established anyhow when any state converts from idle one to other ones and it has to converts to the time slot picking state, before it is converted to other correlated states. The finite-state machine corresponded to the third layer protocol of the User's unit waist the confirmation message transmitted at the time of transmission channel estabishment when it is in the state of the time slot picking-up. |
