    A system which can make mobile phone be a network phone connects a data transmission interface of mobile phone with a data transmission unit of network communication device and be connected with a network server of owner's communication net centre in a mobile phone system via the network communication device through connection of internet network for making the mobile phone act on as a network phone through the internet network.
