A monitor system of cable TV network includes central managing unit used for collecting, keeping, analysing and processing the monitor information of cable TV network as well as used for controlling identification code inserting device which is used for inserting identification code into the video signal of monitored channel and terminal monitoring device which is used for monitoring the quality of TV signal transmitted by the cable TV network and the legality of signal in TV channel as well as for interchanging information with the central managing unit; a communication device used for setting up communication connecting between the central managing unit and the terminal monitoring device. The real time monitoring of TV signal transmissino and the real time control of broadcasted signal can be realized by the system as well as a monitoring method has also be disclosed by the present invention. |
