    A realization of reliable transmission method for grouping data in mobile communication system carrys on transmission of grouping data sent or received in BSC and BTS always in a fixed length of grouping data frame and to adjust sending time of grouping data frame in BSC according to the time difference between frame synchronization heads as well as to make the time of grouping data sent at radio interface by BTC keep in accordance with the time of sending at radio interface of the grouping data required by BSC. It solves the problem of time delay in transmission of grouping data between BTS and BSC so as to raise reliability of transmission.
