An adaptive fast power-control method for mobile communication uses a transceiving stand of base station to apply a fast average method to adjusting emission power of transceiving stand or mobile stand separately according to the estimate for measuring result of mobile stand and estimate for transceiving stand down transmission power reported by the mobile stand. The present invention improves the traditional power control method of step length constant by applying fast average method to shortening the period of power control adjustment so that the speed, accuracy and effect of power control can be much raised.
