A channel distribution system of multifrequency radio network includes channel distribution centre, micro-subarea base station, macro-subarea base station and mobile station. The method for channel distribution incldues the following: the channel distribution centre distributing radio channel of base station in micro-subarea or macro-subarea to the mobile station to be used by applying the method of recombination to requirement, when the mobile station is trying to set up connection or to carry on switching.
