A cellular phone decides with a transmission category decision portion whether a message is sent from an external device or from the cellular phone. In the case where the message is sent from the external device, a personal identification number comparison portion compares the personal identification number sent from the external device with a predetermined personal identification number. A control portion permits the message to be sent from the external device only when the two personal identification numbers correspond to each other. |
