    A safe and sanitary electromagnetic cooking device and a ceramic pot for the device are provided. The invention prevents damages and/or splashed stains on the surface or operational parts of the device. An electromagnetic cooker 4 and a ceramic pot 3 are assembled as an electromagnetic cooking device. An outer wall 43a of a side plate 43 of the electromagnetic cooker 4, is aligned on the same surface with an outer wall of a pot side 3a of the ceramic pot 3. The ceramic pot 3 comprises a handle 3f formed on the upper side of the entire circumference of the pot side 3a and a conductive body 3e formed on a bottom 3b.
