    The production method of monotectic alloy includes the following steps: heating and melting monotectic alloy, heating to 10-300 deg.C above monotectic line; bottom running and accurately controlling running speed, and making it change in 0.5 kg/min-10kg/min, atomizing the running alloy flow naturally-fallen by gravity or atomization cooling it, then collecting the cooled, semiliquid and atomized metal in a prepared forced cooling mould. Said invention can produce monotectic alloy which is difficult to cast under the earth gravitational field in low cost, and can maximally reduce gravity segregation effect when this alloy is frozen and crystallized, and can obtain dispersion-distributed second phase tissue by means of quick coagulation principle.
