    The steam and gas mix-burning range consists of water-supply system, steam generator, steam-gas mixing tube and lighting head. The steam generator is a ring cover made of metal tube, and is fixed outside of lighting head, one end of said steam generator is communicated with water supply system, and the other end is communicated with steam-gas mixing cavity via steam conveyer tube, and the steam-gas mixing cavity is connected with lighting head. Said invention can save lots of gas, can greatly shorten heating time, and when the mixing ratio of steam and gas is 1:3, the gas can be saved by 20-25%.
