    A technology and its apparatus for preparing composite board from solid wastes including such discards as waste paper, plastics, wood, cloth and leather are disclosed. The mentioned technology includes two procedures of raw material preparing step and board-making step. The said apparatus is composed of crusher, lifter, rotary-drum drier, settling chamber and rotary-screen capaturer.
